Boley Centers, Inc. will be opening its waiting list for HUD Section 811 Multifamily PRAC Housing rental assistance. In accordance with the Fair Housing Act, we are actively seeking applications from people in the St Petersburg/Clearwater/Pinellas community who are low income and have been diagnosed with a Mental Health disability.  Applications will be available at Boley Centers Housing Office:

We are happy to announce that Personal Enrichment through Mental Health (PEMHS),  is now a full member of Solutions for Administrative Services (SAS) which already includes Operation PAR and Boley Centers.  PEMHS is the organization that provides the crisis stabilization services in Pinellas County as well as other supportive outpatient mental health services. Together our agencies will collaborate to provide a continuum of community and family based services including mental health, substance abuse detoxification and treatment, crisis services, housing and employment. Our goal is to provide the best practice of care for those in need of behavioral health services along with administrative efficacy and community collaboration. 

Our values and missions complement each other - but most of all, PEMHS, Boley Centers, and Operation PAR are committed to provide the best care to the individuals and families we serve in our community.

The MSO will provide the following HR/payroll services to the members and, possibly, future customers:  Time-tracking through time clocks, computer check-in or biometric devices; leave tracking; payroll processing; benefit tracking and an e-portal for position application and tracking.
